Coomaのキャンプ場。本日走行69km。気温30度。晴。
昨日よりもマシだが足が痛い。完全に自転車の筋肉になっている上に疲れたまま登山をしたせいだ。
まあーこの筋肉痛もオモヒデと言うことで。
Coomaまでの道のりは、なだらかな牧草地や湖が見える素晴らしい世界だ。
サイクリングをしてよかったなぁ！と何度も思った。ただし上り下りはそれなりにあるけどね！
あっさりとCoomaに到着。
こじんまりとした綺麗な街だ。
久しぶりにテント泊。
この旅に出て体が変化した。体重は計っていないが数キロは減っただろうな。
腕と胸の筋肉。そして腹の贅肉も落ちて腹筋が割れてきだした。
太ももに血管がうきだし前歯が抜けた。
やはり自転車はシェイプアップに効くね。
